Safari Operations Manager | Luxury Safari Lodge | Zululand, KwaZulu-Natal

We are seeking an experienced Safari Operations Manager for a luxury safari lodge located in Zululand, KwaZulu-Natal.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of the lodge, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining luxury hospitality standards, and supporting the overall success of the property.

This role requires a hospitality professional with previous luxury safari lodge management experience and the ability to lead teams within a high-end hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily lodge operations
Ensure exceptional guest service standards
Support and lead operational teams
Maintain luxury hospitality standards throughout the property
Coordinate guest experience delivery across departments
Assist with operational planning and lodge performance
Ensure efficient day-to-day management of the lodge

Requirements:

Hospitality Degree or Diploma essential
3–5 years' experience managing a luxury safari lodge
Strong leadership and operational management ability
Excellent guest relations and communication skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Passion for luxury hospitality and guest experience
